We Produce Ghee using both Cream-based and Curd-based methods, depending on the product category
Milk is cultured under controlled conditions to form curd for Ghee Production.
Cream is being seperated using Cream Separator for Ghee Production.

Curd is churned in a controlled plant to separate fresh butter.

Butter Boilling to convert into Mera India Desi Ghee
Melted butter is gently heated in a Ghee Kettle until moisture evaporates and rich, aromatic Desi Ghee develops.
