At Mera India foods, we take great care to deliver authentic and high-quality products. Since our products fall under the food category, certain conditions apply to ensure hygiene, safety, and fair usage of our policies.

 

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

 

2. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The seal of the product must be completely intact.

  • The product must not show any sign of opening, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, products with opened or broken seals are strictly not eligible for return or refund.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Our team will review the request before approving any replacement or refund.

 

4. Inspection & Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and inspection.
If the product is found to be used, opened, or intentionally damaged, the return request will be rejected.

 

5. Refund Process

If a return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with opened or broken seals

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Incorrect handling or storage of the product after delivery

  • Minor packaging dents during transit that do not affect product quality

  • Change of mind after purchase.

 

7. Fraud Prevention

Mera India reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of policy, or fraudulent claims.
