Sales Execution Role (Sales Department)

Area Sales Executive - 1 Position

Role Summary

The Area Sales Executive will be responsible to build and expand our presence from the ground level. This role is responsible for both Primary Sales (Distributor Billing) and Secondary Sales (Retail Execution).

 
The candidate must appoint and manage distributors, ensure regular order generation, expand retail coverage, execute market schemes, and monitor competitor activity. Strong follow-up, daily reporting, and market discipline are mandatory.
 
This is a field-intensive role. We are not looking for a salary collector — we are looking for someone who can build a market from scratch and take ownership of growth.

Factory (Store & Inventory Control)

Store Incharge - 2 Position

Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Store Incharge to manage raw materials, finished goods, and inventory records with accuracy and control. This role is critical to ensure smooth production flow and proper stock management.

The Store Incharge will be responsible for receiving materials, maintaining stock records, issuing materials to production, monitoring finished goods, and preventing shortages or excess stock. Proper documentation and daily stock reconciliation are mandatory.

We are looking for someone who is organized, honest, and detail-oriented. This position requires strict inventory discipline and accountability.

 
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate stock records
(raw material & finished goods)
2. Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
and issue entries
3. Monitor stock levels and report shortages in advance
4. Prevent wastage, damage, and material loss
5. Coordinate with production and sales teams
6. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions
